Jeremie Averou
s is the founder of Project Value Delivery. He brings more than 20 years of senior management experience in the energy industry. He has setup and been a core team member in large projects in the Oil and Gas Offshore construction industry. He was previously senior government regulator in the Nuclear industry. A mechanical engineer by training, Jeremie holds an MBA and the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification of the Project Management Institute. He is also a Certified Professional Coach (recognized by the International Coaching Federation) as well as an experienced facilitator and trainer. He is the author of The Fourth Revolution, a non-fiction business-related book about today's world transformation and how to thrive and lead.
Jeremie’s relevant experiences include:
- multiple experiences as an advisor at the highest level of government or private companies, for example as deputy head of staff for a Minister, or as an advisor to senior executives on operational and strategic issues;
- multiple participations to due diligence and organizational restructuring;
- setting up all the processes and systems of a startup joint-venture in the oil & gas offshore construction business, from scratch, in an emerging country, enabling the company to grow from 0 to 500MUSD/year revenue in 4 years and successfully execute a 800MUSD+ lump sum EPIC contract for an Oil Major;
- developing and implementing multiple organizational transformation initiatives;
- regularly coaching newly appointed project managers to accelerate their transition;
- an exceptionally deep hands-on knowledge in the field of risk management (technical, managerial, business and project risk);
- delivering hundreds of hours of training and facilitating on varied subjects relevant to project management, strategy definition, problem solving, personal development, High Potentials Development and organizational development.

Ingvar Skogland, Senior Managing Partner
Ingvar has more than 16 years of experience in the Oil & Gas Industry whereof 14 years as a Project Manager during which he has successfully delivered projects in Norway, West Africa and Australia. His experience ranges from fast track Engineering, Procurement, Construction and Installation (EPCI) projects in the North Sea to deepwater field developments involving Steel Catenary Risers in Malaysia via ERP system and process change management. Ingvar holds degrees in Master in Science in Mechanical Engineering and Master in Management.
Ingvar’s relevant experiences include:
- Project Director for a 400MUSD+ Lump Sum EPCI contract led the project from tendering through successful completion of the critical phases;
- as Deputy Project Director for a 800MUSD+ lump sum EPCI contract for an Oil Major, contributed significantly in establishing a robust project organisation that successfully delivered the project;
- extensive experience in leading teams during tendering and negotiation of EPCI contracts ranging up to several billion dollars;
- the proven ability to create effective multicultural teams and lead them to success;
- developing enhanced Management Reporting and Key Performance Indicator processes and systems in close cooperation with executive management;
- implementing global systems for project control;
- improving Project Management and Control Processes and Procedures.
Ingvar Skogland is a Norwegian citizen. He is married, has two children and lives in Nice, France.
Babu Surendran, Senior Advisor
Babu Surendran is a very experienced Project Director that has managed major billion USD projects globally in Oil & Gas, and has as well an executive experience. As a Senior Advisor to PVD he provides advice and guidance on difficult project issues, with a focus on project performance and governance issues.
Babu is based in Houston and is often present in South East Asia.
Pierre Jung, Manager
Pierre Jung is an experienced consultant that has covered project support, PMO and system implementation roles in a variety of industries including offshore renewables, oil & gas subsea construction, rolling stock production.
Pierre is also very conversant in project control and document control systems implementation and support for our clients.

Louise de Neve, Manager
Louise de Neve is an experienced systems project manager for large, complex projects. She is particularly experienced in developing and implementing simple, powerful and robust ad-hoc systems based on Microsoft Sharepoint, which enable projects to be performing even without the backup of a large corporate systems infrastructure. Beyond positions coordinating systems at global level for international project management organizations, her track record includes:
- The development and implementation of many document control and correspondence control systems and processes
- The development of ad-hoc applications such as timesheet, vendor management, or any other application that is needed to execute large projects in particular when the home organization does not have comprehensive systems in place
- The implementation of a pipe tracking system for a complex project including pipe matching and sorting over several geographically separate sites, and the implementation of portable equipment for inspectors and pipe trackers
- The development and implementation of mobile applications for project purpose.
Louise is based in Singapore.
Stephane Grauls, Manager
Stephane Grauls is an experienced systems project manager for large, complex projects. She is particularly experienced in Supply-Chain management and support systems. Her background in the business as logistics manager and procurement executive makes her particularly suitable for those projects. Beyond positions coordinating and administering such systems at global level for international project management organizations, her track record includes:
- The development of procurement systems to cater for the specific needs of project execution, in particular in the post award phase, notably on the basis of SAP or Maximo software,
- The specification and development of Supplier Management Systems on a wide variety of software basis.
