We are intervening in a variety of industries: energy-related (oil&gas, nuclear...) or mining-related large projects.
We are able to draw on world-class expertise in different functional fields: project management, supply-chain management, project controls, contract management, project-supporting infrastructures and systems. In addition our expertise covers softer approaches like coaching, organizational change management, building effective teams.
Our focus is on large, complex projects because they require a set of skills and an underlying infrastructure that are very different from what is needed for small, simple projects. For an organization that is accustomed to simple projects, executing a complex project is not just a scaling problem. In complex environment, decision making, risk & opportunity management, time scales, are radically different. The conventional "project manager" needs to become a real "project leader". Project Value Delivery focuses on those particular challenges of large, complex projects, which are often EPCI projects.

Currently based in Singapore and in France, we are currently intervening globally to support our clients, and are covering projects and companies spanning worldwide in terms of supply chain, contractors and engineering centers.
