Project Value Delivery is joining the talents of seasoned, international project professionals in a variety of different fields, to offer a totally different level of consulting and training services to support the management and leadership of large, complex (EPCI) projects. We have specific approaches and methods that make our interventions cost-effective and business-effective.
Our expertise cover very large projects including activities such as engineering, procurement, construction, installation, in challenging and remote environments. These projects present specific challenges because of their intrinsic risks and the need to have a consistent, resilient methodology to deliver reliably the value they promise. Cost-effective Interventions

Contrary to most consulting companies:

  • We are recognised professionals with hands-on expertise in project delivery for large projects. When we come, we are immediately effective to produce business results,
  • We bring you readily the best practices in the field of Project Management and Project Controls, that we develop from our numerous assignments,
  • We have only senior consultants – we won’t swamp you with junior consultants under training  or high overheads. As a result, for the same outcome our interventions will be much cheaper,
  • We promote embedded consulting – because it is only when your people are part of the transformation project that change will be sustainable in the organisation,
  • Our preferred intervention method is part-time on a retainer basis: you pay us only when we work for you. We remain contactable the rest of the time and we are in your premises only when you need us. As a result, the long term interventions required for organisational transformation we come in much more cost-effective than the usual consultants or contractors.

Our focus is on large, complex projects because they require a set of skills and an underlying infrastructure that are very different from what is needed for small, simple projects. For an organisation that is accustomed to simple projects, executing a complex project is not just a scaling problem. In complex environment, decision making, risk & opportunity management, time scales, are radically different. The conventional “project manager” needs to become a real “project leader”.
